JAPANESE OUTLET CHEF

(Hamabe Restaurant)

Qualifications :

At least 3 year experience in Japanese restaurants within

five-star hotels or upscale free-standing restaurant

At least 3 year experience in a similar position of managerial roles

Very good knowledge and skills in traditional Japanese cuisines

Preferably experience in experimental and creative, modern Japanese cuisine

Very good knowledge and skill of food hygiene & sanitation

Good English of both spoken and written

Japanese language an advantage

Strong guest contact skills

Good interpersonal skills

Strong leadership skills

Pleasant personality

Good team player
