Qualification required :

minimum 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurant or reputable catering established

passionate and up to date with food trends

experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage

creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene

preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guests

good people management practices with good communication skills
